Artisan Loose Leaf Herbal Tea (Caffeine Free) – Organic

Uniting raspberry leaf, nettle leaf, dandelion leaf as well as oatstraw and rosehips. This soothing, soft herbal blend is wonderful to sip during the childbearing years.

This tea blend is designed with Pregnant Mothers to be in mind! These herbs come together to aid the body in uterine support as well as alleviating nausea, calming the digestive system, soothing heartburn and many other benefits! Raspberry Leaf brings many benefits to this tea including soothing leg cramps, easing morning sickness and acting as a uterine toner. This tea has a strong focus on the raspberry leaf with added benefits from the Rose hips, Oat straw, Nettle and Dandelion.

This tea is different from my Pregnancy Blend in that it does not contain mint and is more designed for those who do not struggle with nausea. If you are struggling with nausea, I recommend looking into my Pregnancy Blend.

Ingredients: Organic Raspberry Leaf, Organic Rose Hips, Organic Oat Straw, Organic Dandelion leaf, Organic Nettle leaf

Taste: Soothing and soft raspberry leaf with lingering warmth

Brew: Steep 1 rounded teaspoon of tea per 8 oz of water (212 degrees) for 5-7 minutes. Take time to take a few deep breathes and relax. After the tea has reached the desired strength, strain out the loose leaf and savor the superior flavor found in a cup of the Leaf Logic Collection.

Herbal Infusion: Steep 1 rounded teaspoon of tea per 8 oz of water (212 degrees) for 15 minutes to 4 hours. This will draw out more of the properties from the herbs and ensure maximum benefits into your tea cup. Strain out the loose leaf and serve hot or over ice.

Lemon balm is useful for treating nervous disturbances of sleep and chronic gastrointestinal disorders. This tea blend has an added benefit of peppermint. Scientists have found evidence to support gingers wide range of medicinal actions including; the lowering of cholesterol levels, relief for allergies and asthma, arthritis, colds, and nausea; and protecting the digestive tract and liver against toxins and parasites…along with many other benefits. Alfalfa is one of the best natural sources of Vitamin K, and that is why I add Alfalfa leaves to this Pregnancy blend.
