Anyone else dreaming of a crisp cool iced tea on a warm summer day!?! Oh I know I am!! Now is the perfect time to purchase supplies and be ready for the scorching summer temps that are at our doorstep! But first, let me show you how easy it is to have a premium and delicious cup of iced tea!
What you'll need:
One glass container
Your favorite Cozy Leaf tea
Water - boiling for black or herbals and steaming for greens or oolongs
Place tea leaves in the bottom of your Capsule Infuser (add 2 tablespoons of loose leaf tea per half gallon of water), and twist the lid onto the top of the Infuser.
The infuser has a fun little chain that you can hang on the top of your pitcher for easy removal once your tea is brewed.
Fill halfway with the correct temperature of water and allow it to steep for 3-5 minutes.
Fill the remaining way with room temp water and let it steep for another 3-5 minutes.
Once your tea has reached the desired strength and flavor, remove the infuser from the pitcher
Tip: For herbal teas, you can keep the infuser in the water and allow it to keep steeping, but for black, green, or oolong teas it is best to remove the infuser from the water to prevent over-steeping and the tea getting bitter.
Its ready to serve!! Pour it over ice or pop it in the refrigerator so you are ready for any company who may stop by for a visit!
Now go ahead and make 2-3 different blends so they are in the refrigerator and ready for any and every guest who pops in throughout the day!
Want to make sun tea? You can use the ForLife infuser and follow these fantastic steps for SUN TEA!
It can be so easy to get nourishing tea at your finger tips all summer! A healthy herbal blend can be nutritious, delicious, and hydrating!! Several gallons of premade rich herbal teas in the refrigerator makes it convenient for the whole family to grab a glass of health and wellness any time of day! Blends like Soothing Lemon Wellness (with antioxidant packed rooibos), or Subtle Citrus Fusion (citrusy and naturally sweet), Fit and Active (rich and smooth oolong), and of course Hibiscus Twist (tangy-tart and pretty pink) make for a beautiful summer time lineup!
Thank you for joining me on your tea journey!
